What is the chelate form and what are its advantages?

The chelate form is the most readily available form of minerals today; it is a compound of a mineral and an amino acid (organic and inorganic). Outwardly, this compound resembles a claw of a crab and therefore is called “chelate” (from the Latin. “Chele” – claw). The chelated form of minerals is closest to our body.
