Our delivery guarantees apply to all orders placed on our website.

Delivery time depends on your country, usually delivery time is from 14 to 90 business days.

All orders are insured by the Postal Service for $50, which is the default insurance amount at no extra charge. If you need to insure your order in full – you must inform us about it. The cost of insurance is 6% of the order value + you will need to pay customs duties for large amounts of insurance.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given:

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing returns

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email to [email protected] to confirm the exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return.

To return your product, you must send it by mail, at the moment we only accept returns to our warehouse in Russia.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to be delivered to you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
