1 filter bag per day provides at least 5.0 mg of flavonoids in terms of rutin, which is 17% of the adequate level of consumption.

Recommendations for use:

1 filter bag (free of individual packaging), pour 1 cup boiling water (200 ml), infuse for 5-10 minutes. Adults take 1 glass 1 time per day with meals. Duration of reception is 20 days.
