How do the ingredients work:

Senna (cassia) has an antitoxic and laxative effect due to the presence of antraglycosides, which manifests itself 6-8 hours after administration. Unlike other laxatives, cassia in therapeutic doses usually does not cause pain in the abdomen. Senna does not contain bitter and tannins, as a result of which it does not increase appetite and does not cause a delay in bowel emptying after a laxative effect1.
