The kidneys are the main filter of the human body. The task of the kidneys is to continuously filter the blood to remove toxic substances from it, products of cell decay, excess water, salts and minerals.
The work of the kidneys does not stop for a second. Skipping 15 times an hour all the blood of the human body, the kidneys are the first to take the powerful blow of harmful substances entering the blood during any pathological processes in the body and taken from the outside (alcohol, drugs, low-quality food). Over time, harmful substances accumulate in the renal tissues, making it difficult for them to work.
Being a physiological “filter” of our body, the kidneys themselves need to be cleansed. Although the kidneys have a large margin of safety, they refuse to serve us when they become excessively “overloaded” with harmful deposits.
