The proposed product – Sourdough for the preparation of Cottage Cheese, consists of probiotic and prebiotic microflora, living microorganisms that contribute to the preservation and restoration of the normal composition of the intestinal microflora, as well as substances that create growth conditions for the normal intestinal microflora. This unique starter has a significant advantage over other means of similar quality, because contains 5 strains of microorganisms plus know-how, – 2 billion living microorganisms (this is at least 200 times more than in other preparations of similar properties containing from 1 to 3 strains of microorganisms).
It is, unlike all cottage cheese products prepared in the traditional way, absolutely special. It melts in the mouth, and most importantly, it is necessary for both old and young, and especially pregnant women, everyone who tries to lead an active lifestyle.
Unique Sourdough of lactic acid bacteria serves as a guarantee of high quality and nutritional value. Our cottage cheese contains the human proteins, carbohydrates, fats, micro – and macronutrients, vitamins. It is easily digested, does not increase cholesterol levels. The mineral components of the curd made from our Sourdough strengthen the bone tissue, amino acids protect the liver, vitamins prevent atherosclerosis, and lactobacilli help to enhance digestion.
