Thymus serpyllum (thyme, Bogorodskaya grass) is used in different ways: they are brewed and drunk as tea, fresh leaves are added as seasoning to various dishes, sauces and drinks, and they are used for healing.
Thyme:
has bactericidal properties, is active against pathogenic fungi;
used as an expectorant;
used for tonsillitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis;
relieves pain with radiculitis and neuralgia;
used for aromatic baths, compresses, lotions.
All this is due to the many active ingredients in the composition.
Ingredients: ground thyme herb.
Not recommended for case of individual intolerance.
Method of preparation and recommendations for use
1 filter bag pour 200-250 ml of boiling water, insist in a thermos for 30-60 minutes. Take 1 glass 3 times a day before meals. Duration of admission is 20-30 days.
A recovery course requires approximately 4 packs of collection.
Thyme drink can be drunk instead of tea or water without any duration limit.
