How do the ingredients work:

Hawthorn has a sedative, cardiotonic and hypotensive effect, improves sleep, reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, reduces cholesterol in the blood, improves coronary blood flow, and also reduces the permeability of the walls of blood vessels and capillaries.

Lipa is used as a diaphoretic, anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory and anesthetic, in addition, linden inflorescences have a mild sedative effect on the central nervous system.

Oregano is used as a sedative.

Essential Californian has a mild sedative, hypnotic and antispasmodic effect. It is used for sleep disorders, increased nervous excitability.

Composition:

1 filter package contains:

• Hawthorn fruit 600 mg
• Linden flowers 520 mg
• Oregano grass 400 mg
• Escholcias grass 300 mg
• Camomile flowers of 140 mg
• Flavoring “Bergamot”

Reception of 200 ml of infusion provides the recommended daily rate of flavonoids (5.0 mg) – by 17%.

Mode of application:

1 filter bag pour 1 cup boiling water (200 ml), insist 5-10 minutes.
