BAA Lecithin Forte is a source of phospholipids. Phospholipids are vital substances for the human body. The main phospholipid in the human body is phosphatidylcholine. One capsule (1580 mg) of Lecithin Forte contains 600 mg of phospholipids (of which phosphatidylcholine is at least 132 mg).
