Fir oil is one of the priceless gifts of Siberian fir, which occupies vast territories in Altai. This evergreen conifer tree is rightly called the forest doctor.
Fir oil contains more than 35 biologically active compounds in a balanced ratio, which determines its most valuable properties. The presence of vitamins, highly active etheric active principles and the synergistic effect of the whole complex of components of fir oil determine its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, tonic, blood supply improving effect.
Mode of application:
- For cosmetic or perfumery purposes, fir oil is used to enrich creams, gels, rinses, tonics (4-5 drops per 5 g of base).
- Fir oil is used for rubbing, compresses, baths (6-7 drops of fir oil), inhalations, etc. 10 drops of fir oil per 10 g of fat base (neuralgia, arthritis, and osteoarthrosis are used for rubbing); massage (6-7 drops per 10 g of basic vegetable oil).
- External rubbing after taking a hot bath of fir oil in the area of strong pain helps with radiculitis, myositis, as well as with colds polyarthritis and eryndoculitis.
- When flu is rubbed with oil, hands and feet every 5-6 hours. Used no more than 5-6 g of fir oil.
- Fir oil is used for deodorization and air disinfection, as well as for aromatherapy sessions (4-5 drops).
- In sports practice, fir oil is used as a warming massage component, when stretching muscles and tendons.
