Atsipol Capsules
The preparation is a mixture of the microbial mass of living antagonistically active acidophilic lactobacilli and inactivated by heating kefir fungi containing water-soluble polysaccharide, subjected to grinding, packaged in capsules, which is lyophilized in the culture medium.
1 capsule contains at least 107 live acidophilic lactobacilli and kefir polysaccharide – 0.4 mg.
The contents of the capsules – dry biomass from light cream to cream color with a fermented milk smell.
Biological properties
The therapeutic effect of Atsipol is determined by the live acidophilic lactobacilli contained in it and the kefir polysaccharide fungi. According to the mechanism of action, Acipol is a multifactorial therapeutic agent, has antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, has a corrective effect on the intestinal microflora, increases the body’s immunological reactivity.
Purpose
Prevention and treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, in children from 3 months of age and adults; in combination with traditional treatment.
Indications for use
Dysbacteriosis and conditions leading to its development: acute intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, rotavirus gastroenteritis, etc.);
chronic colitis, enterocolitis of infectious and non-infectious origin;
long-term antibiotic therapy.
Dysbacteriosis and lag in weight associated with: active antibiotic treatment of purulent-septic diseases in infants;
chronic, prolonged, recurrent respiratory pathologies (bronchitis, pneumonia, including pneumocystis);
Prevention of dysbiosis. Increase the overall resistance of the organism.
Dosing and Administration
Capsules are used inside, without chewing, washed down with boiled water.
The size of the daily dose and the duration of treatment of patients is determined by the doctor depending on the age, severity and duration of the disease and the severity of dysbiosis.
Children from 3 months to 3 years Atsipol should be taken with food 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, after opening the capsule and dissolving its contents in milk or boiled water.
The rest of the age groups and adults of Atsipol should be applied 1 capsule 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
For acute intestinal infections, the drug is prescribed for 5-8 days.
Longer courses are prescribed in the treatment of children with a lag in weight, caused by a chronic course of diseases involving dysbacteriosis.
For prophylactic purposes, Atsipol is prescribed 1 capsule 1 time per day for 10-15 days.
Repeated courses are held no earlier than 1 month after the end of the previous treatment.

Hypersensitivity to the drug.
