Aspen, with its prevalence, is an unusual tree of all plants. It contains the largest amount of ascorbic acid, ten times exceeding even willow bark. It is considered one of the best remedies against pathogenic fungi.

Infusion: Pour 1 teaspoon of aspen bark with a glass of boiling water, wrap it with a bath towel for 20-30 minutes or insist in a thermos. Strain, squeeze the remainder. Take 1 glass 3 times a day before or after meals. Duration of admission is 20 days (depending on well-being).
Store the prepared drink in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Tincture: pour 50 g of bark into 0.5 l of vodka, insist in a dark place for 3 days. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, regardless of food intake.
On the course of recovery you need 3-4 packs of aspen bark.
In folk medicine, the healing course is unlimited, it is applied until complete recovery.
