How do the ingredients work?

Valerian rhizomes with roots – Valeriana officinalis (Valeriana officinalis). Valerian has a sedative, tranquilizing effect on the central nervous system. Glycine is the simplest aliphatic amino acid. Glycine is necessary for the synthesis of nucleic, bile acids and essential amino acids in the body. Participates in the synthesis of creatine – a substance contained in muscle tissue. It is important to ensure the function of the prostate gland, it is necessary for the central nervous system, participates in the transmission of nerve impulses, performs the function of an inhibitory neurotransmitter. It has some nootropic properties, improves memory and associative processes.

Ingredients (per 1 tablet):

corn starch and microcrystalline cellulose (carriers); dry valerian extract; magnesium oxide (anti-caking agent); film coating components (food additives): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (thickener), polyethylene glycol (glazing agent), titanium dioxide (dye), food coloring (curcumin); glycine; Plant-derived calcium stearate and amorphous silica (anti-caking agents).

Taking 6 tablets per day provides at least 0.6 mg of sesquiterpenic acids in terms of valerenic, which is 30% of the adequate level of consumption.

Recommendations for use:

Adults – 1-2 tablets 3 times a day with meals. Reception duration – 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.
